Q. How do I check the status of my order?

A. Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3-4 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Lookup page to find your real-time updates for your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or you don't have any updates on our Order Status page after 5 business days, please Contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 12 to 20 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes! We ship worldwide!

QCan I cancel my order?

A. All sales are final. Orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team, therefore, cannot be canceled. If you want to switch any items, please let us know within 24 hours of order. Refunds are allowed

Q. Why are multiple products not packed together?

A. Most of our items come from different warehouses around the world, so we cannot package items together. However, Some items do definitely come together and it should show when you receive your tracking numbers.

Q. Is your website secure with my personal information?

A. Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon the purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
